The final output of your project relies heavily on timely feedback and the scope of revisions requested. Larger or more complex website builds may require an additional week.

You won't need to sit at your computer all day, but we do ask that you stay accessible during key feedback windows. Throughout both weeks, we'll reach out for quick check-ins, approvals, and questions as we build your brand foundation and website. Having prompt communication ensures we keep the momentum going and hit your launch deadline on time.

There may be additional costs associated with your design depending on what you already have. For your website, you will need a domain. If you don’t have one yet no worries we can get it day of.
If you are working with us for a Visibility Intensive, there may be additional subscription costs depending on what we are setting up. -
Yes. Investing in your brand and website is a major step for your business, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible. We offer a 3-month payment plan option to help spread out your investment. Please note that all pricing is fixed and we do not offer discounts or custom extended payment terms.

Depending on the scope of your project, we may need to add on additional days or ½ days.
We try to communicate this for larger projects up front as we want all customers to leave making real progress.
Examples of projects that may take multiple days are Shopify builds with 20+ products, or integrations projects from other platforms into Shopify. -
We typically recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather assets.
Make sure to check with us if you have a tight deadline you are working towards. We will do what we can to get you squeezed in and ready to launch!

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. However, when a booked day is rescheduled, it prevents us from serving another client during that time.
As a result, a $250 deposit fee will be required to secure your new date.
