For Website VIP Days, you will need to be available during your Design Day. You won't need to be sitting at your computer all day, but we do ask that you keep your computer nearby so you can respond promptly if any questions or feedback requests arise.
For Social Media in a Day, your availability requirements are much lighter. If your package includes on-site content creation, we'll only need you available during your scheduled content session (typically about one hour). If you're providing your own photos, videos, and brand assets, you do not need to be available during the creation process at all.

There may be additional costs associated with your design depending on what you already have. For your website, you will need a domain. If you don’t have one yet no worries we can get it day of.
If you are working with us for a Visibility Intensive, there may be additional subscription costs depending on what we are setting up. -
Yes. This is a big investment for your business. We want to make sure we make it as easy as possible for you to say “Yes!” and get started on your transformation.
While we do offer a discount on paid in full options, we also offer a 3 month payment plan option as well. If you need payments broken down further just let us know. -
Depending on the scope of your project, we may need to add on additional days or ½ days.
We try to communicate this for larger projects up front as we want all customers to leave making real progress.
Examples of projects that may take multiple days are Shopify builds with 20+ products, or integrations projects from other platforms into Shopify. -
We typically recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather assets.
Make sure to check with us if you have a tight deadline you are working towards. We will do what we can to get you squeezed in and ready to launch!

We understand that unexpected changes can happen. However, when a booked day is rescheduled, it prevents us from serving another client during that time.
As a result, a $200 deposit fee will be required to secure your new date.
