Healing Your Way to Six Figures with Marci Baron

Building a six-figure business is often talked about as a strategy problem.

Business owners are told they need better marketing, stronger sales systems, more visibility, or a better offer.

And while those things matter, there is another piece of business growth that is often overlooked: the internal work required to become the person who can hold the level of success they are creating.

On this episode of The Six Figure Plus Club, I sat down with Marci Baron, founder of Marci Baron Clears, to talk about the connection between healing, mindset, self-worth, and sustainable business growth.

Marci works with spiritually open female entrepreneurs to help them clear the internal blocks that prevent them from stepping into their next level of success. Through her own journey of healing and entrepreneurship, she discovered that business growth is often a reflection of the deeper work happening within.

Here are some of the biggest takeaways from our conversation, “Healing Your Way to Six Figures with Marci Baron.”

Entrepreneurship Is a Mirror for Your Personal Growth

One of the biggest mindset shifts Marci shared is that entrepreneurship is not just about building a business — it is also a pathway for personal transformation.

As entrepreneurs grow, they often reach moments where strategy alone is no longer enough.

They may know exactly what they need to do, but they struggle with:

  • Raising their prices

  • Showing up more visibly

  • Selling their offers confidently

  • Delegating tasks

  • Stepping into leadership

These challenges are often connected to deeper beliefs around worthiness, confidence, and identity.

Marci explained that business acts as a lens for the internal work we are meant to do. When entrepreneurs hit their “upper limit,” it is often a sign that they are being called to expand their beliefs about what is possible for them.

You cannot build a business that feels aligned if you are constantly operating from a place of proving your worth.

Your Self-Worth Impacts Your Business Growth

A common struggle among entrepreneurs is knowing their value but still struggling to embody it.

Many business owners hesitate to increase their pricing because they are questioning whether they are “good enough” or whether people will actually pay for their expertise.

Marci emphasized that worthiness is not something you can simply think your way into. It has to become an internal belief.

You cannot sustainably grow a six-figure business while operating from the belief that you need to earn your place.

The work is learning to recognize that your value exists before the achievement, before the revenue goal, and before external validation.

Childhood Experiences Can Shape How You Show Up as a Business Owner

One of the most powerful parts of the conversation was discussing how childhood experiences can influence entrepreneurship.

Marci shared that many of the beliefs we carry into adulthood are formed early in life. The labels we receive as children — whether positive or negative — can shape how we see ourselves.

For example, being called:

  • Bossy

  • Too much

  • Sensitive

  • Difficult

  • Stubborn

may have created beliefs that certain parts of who we are were unacceptable.

However, those same traits can become strengths in business.

“Bossy” can become leadership.
“Sensitive” can become emotional intelligence.
“Stubborn” can become determination.

The goal is not to erase who we are. It is to heal the parts of ourselves that learned we needed to shrink in order to be accepted.

Scaling Requires Moving Beyond Trading Time for Money

Like many entrepreneurs, Marci started her business by exchanging time for money.

She began as an in-person Reiki healer charging hourly rates. While she loved the work, she quickly realized that relying only on appointments limited her ability to grow.

Weather cancellations, scheduling limitations, and the reality of only having so many hours in a day showed her that there needed to be another way.

Through mentorship and business coaching, Marci expanded her business model by creating:

  • Online programs

  • Membership opportunities

  • Books

  • Group coaching containers

  • Retreat experiences

This allowed her to move beyond only selling her time and create more sustainable revenue streams.

A major lesson for entrepreneurs is that growth often requires releasing the belief that you have to personally do everything.

Burnout Happens When We Ignore Alignment

Another important conversation centered around masculine and feminine energy in business.

Marci explained that masculine energy represents action, logic, structure, and execution. These are essential parts of running a business.

Feminine energy represents intuition, creativity, receiving, and being.

Both are necessary.

The problem happens when entrepreneurs stay constantly stuck in “doing mode” and ignore the intuitive side of their business.

When every decision comes from pressure, urgency, and productivity, burnout becomes much more likely.

Sustainable success requires balance.

Instead of constantly asking:
“What else can I do?”

Entrepreneurs also need to ask:
“What feels aligned?”
“What does my business need from me right now?”
“Where can I create space?”

As Marci shared during the episode:

“We are human beings, not human doings.”

Delegation Is a Leadership Skill, Not a Loss of Control

Many entrepreneurs struggle with delegation because they believe they can do something faster or better themselves.

But staying responsible for every task creates a ceiling.

Marci shared that hiring support allowed her to focus on the work she does best while allowing others to handle areas outside her zone of genius.

Delegation is not about losing control.

It is about creating capacity.

A powerful reflection question Marci shared was:

“What’s really underneath my needing to control?”

Often, the need for control comes from fear:

  • Fear of mistakes

  • Fear of things not being done correctly

  • Fear of uncertainty

Recognizing that fear creates the opportunity to choose a different response.

Investing in Mentorship Can Accelerate Growth

One of the biggest turning points in Marci’s entrepreneurial journey was investing in mentorship.

Business coaches and mentors provide more than information. They provide perspective.

They help entrepreneurs see possibilities they may not have considered because they are already walking a path that others are just beginning.

Investing in support can also shift your own relationship with receiving.

When you are willing to invest in yourself, you create a deeper belief that your own growth is valuable — and that belief translates into how others experience your offers.

Small Actions Create Big Transformations

For entrepreneurs who are just starting or feeling overwhelmed by the journey, Marci’s advice was simple:

Focus on the moment in front of you.

Success is not created through one giant leap. It is created through consistent small actions.

Every decision builds confidence.

Every action teaches you something.

Every step helps you become the entrepreneur capable of holding the next level of success.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You need courage, curiosity, and a willingness to take the next step.

Final Thoughts: Building a Business That Supports the Life You Want

Growing a six-figure business is about more than revenue.

It is about becoming a stronger leader, trusting yourself, creating alignment, and building a business that supports the life you actually want to live.

As Marci shared throughout our conversation, success does not have to come at the expense of your well-being.

The goal is not to build a business that requires you to constantly sacrifice.

The goal is to create a business that allows you to thrive.
